Twist Studios Camberwell

I train with Filip at Twist Studios. Filip is a great trainer and I really look forward to my sessions with him. He’s very knowledgeable and takes a real interest in tailoring a program to meet what you want to achieve.

Paola’s classes are the best! She does a weights class on Mondays and legs bums and tums on Wednesdays and both are great. I started this with no fitness or strength and the progress has been amazing. She has the best music (v high energy!), provides different weights for different abilities and you can go every week and the classes still feel new and varied with different muscle groups being worked on.

I love Paola’s classes at Twist. She makes them fun, varied, and challenging, and there is always a good energy. The music is great and there are new exercises every week so it never gets boring. I always leave feeling stronger and energised!

Paola by far gives the best classes - always consistent and energetic! I never missed a class willingly ! X
