Alph was an absolute disaster when dealing with a lease extension. It was so bad, the freeholder suggested I sue them. What a joke. Rarely took the initiative to call me or respond to my emails, I always had to call. One email hasn't been replied to in SIX YEARS. Ombudsman in process. Don't pay them up front, don't fall for the fake charm or assurances. Total waste of money - and the lease extension was never completed
