The worst place I’ve ever been. The security guard is strange, following me around and asking me questions then telling me where to go even though the staff had told me the right place to stand. And it was only me he targetted which is funny cause i was the only black customer at the time. Then when I’m told where to stand he’s trying to tell me that I have to stand in the line I was already standing at for no reason. The staff had told let him know I was picking up parcels. Then here comes the worse part I’ve had parcels there for 2 days I was told that I have to come back in next week as it’s not in the system although I’ve checked and it’s there on the website showing parcels. They’re very unprofessional and actually don’t care about the people coming in to the store. I would avoid as much as possible because that experience is the worst I’ve ever had when collecting parcels and has made me feeling absolutely defeated and not in a good mood. Back to the security I realised he only does this with black customers as there were other customers that were also black and he kept lingering around us and just watching us at every corner. I felt dehumanised and still feel like crap
