I've been coming to ConfiDental Care for over 20 years. In fact I was one of their first customers. I have moved three times and I still come here for my treatment. Right now I travel up from Tunbridge Wells just to see Dr Khalid Faiz. And why do I do that? Because he is a brilliant dentist who is not just great as a dentist but as a person too. Approachable, friendly and caring. And his team of ladies on reception are great too. Highly recommend Dr Khalid Faiz and ConfiDental Care.

Easily the best dentist I have encountered, Dr Reuben Nalliah is a kind and caring professional. His friendly approach takes the stress out of visiting a dentist.

Really had a good experience at the practice from the moment i walked through the door. Reception staff are very helpful, nothing is too much trouble, Reuben is the best dentist that I have had. He always explains what is needed and what my options are.

My daughter is writing this review on my behalf. These people are disingenuous and will prey on the elderly and the vulnerable. They do not care for their patients only to see how much money they can scam out of people. They found an opportunity to charge my wife for a service she did not even have as well as noting down an exemption that we we are not entitled to for NHS to then send us a penalty of £100 for incidents caused by this practice. They went on to booked my wife for every 3 months so they can continue to charge us. For context I do not speak English very well so I wasn't sure of the process and nothing was explained. It's upsetting that they didn't treat us with any care. I hope you are proud of yourselves you have given two elderly individuals anxiety and distrust towards health services. All this practice is good at is handing you form to sign without context and using a card machine to squeeze out as much money from you. You owe my parents a genuine apology and refund.
