Got looked up and down when I went In and explained that my meds were here and she rudely put me down and I then also asked for some emergency for my throat and was told I also couldn’t have that overall just a rough experience that made me feel ignored and left me in tears outside

Very unprofessional. I had to wait 40 minutes to get medication whilst the staff were laughing and talking without any urgency i asked them again and the woman checked and said that it’s not there and to write the name again. My parking ticket was about to end so i had to leave. They wasted so much time for a prescription i ordered from the Gp.
