The female staff on Wednesdays and Fridays are rude, disrespectful, and leave people waiting instead of opening the door. They talk about service users behind their backs and openly treat people differently because of their background and religion. This is unacceptable anywhere — but especially in a community sports centre. It’s upsetting to think of children and their parents witnessing this behaviour. Management urgently needs to step in and fix the toxic culture.
Council needs to look at the facilities and proper functioning of it. It seems the facility was built and then never received service.
