GYM BROMLEY (The Biggest Gym in Bromley)

Such a good gym. Barry on front desk is so friendly and helpful and Jamaine's classes are top tier👌💪

So I will give a fair review, regardless of my endless charges and threats of court action. It is a lovely gym, well equipped with what everyone needs. However, if you have a financial situation where you can’t pay on the 1st. There’s issues. (The 1st is their religion). If you cannot pay on the 1st you will incur a £20 fee. Apparently they struggle to pay their staff if people don’t pay on the 1st. It will then escalate to a £15 additional charge and a threat of being taken to the county court. This is only by the 4th/5th of the month. You will not make friendly customers with this bull*hit. It comes across as if you do not care less what people go through. If this doesn’t change it’ll become a self inflicted problem. Change the attitude and maybe people will stay longer. 1) Lovely gym 2) non existent staff we get charged for 3) Generally negative customer service. Wake up and take a s*it. If not I’m sure people will follow my example of pointing these issues out. Or will I be charged for my opinions too?🤔
