Replacing the manned tills with self checkout at a clothing store is the single dumbest thing I’ve ever heard of. Workers get trained to man the tills and you think people are going to know how to do that automatically while carrying £100 worth of clothes. Inconvenience for no reason while you slash the workforce and replace it with useless machines. Never shopping here again.

The mens section are very limited. The security guard on the floor made me feel very uncomfortable, as he is following me literally everywhere I go! I work hard for my money and want to be left in peace while shopping! I buy, not steal!!!!

Can never find any underwear in sizes above a large. They keep them in the plastic cases near the check outs I have to stand and search through piles of underwear - surely there is a better way ??? Would expect better of a big chain in a shopping centre !
