Recommended my aunt to this salon as she's been looking for somewhere to regularly get her natural hair treated and trimmed. I always walk by this salon when I visit my mum and know that the owner is Gina so assumed it would be of good standard. My aunt's appointment was at 10am and she arrived at 9:45am. When she arrived the salon was closed and she waited outside until 10:07. The stylist then arrived and had no courtesy to apologise for being late. When my aunt made mention of this, their response was "oh its only 7 minutes past" and still no apology. If you are receiving clients from 10am, you should be at the salon before hand to set up and get ready before clients arrive. And in the case where you're late(which is understandable as these things happen), the right thing to do is to apologise to your customer for keeping them waiting. There was no acknowledgement of this and after arriving, the stylist then proceeded to clean and tidy the salon. If you're claiming to be a luxury salon, you should have cleaned and tidied before receiving clients. Very unprofessional and bad customer service. My aunt will definitely not be returning back
