Great gym with a great PT. I started training with Sean when fairly new to the gym with the goal of building strength whilst navigating a long term back issue. Sean’s structured and personalised approach to training has meant that not only have I got stronger without aggravating my back, but also reduced my back pain as a result. His approach is a great balance of pushing you to support your goals whilst also meeting you where you are each session and adjusting when needed. He’s also very knowledgeable and shares the why behind what we’re doing. Worth every penny.
