I had an awful experience at the post office. There’s a lady there who has been rude to me on three separate occasions. I’ve noticed she shows bias against people with darker skin and Muslims. Royal Mail shouldn't tolerate racism among their staff. The rest of the team has witnessed her being rude, even yelling at customers to leave and refusing to provide her name. It's frustrating that she continues to work there.

Most of staff very friendly and helpful with locals due to operation of both post office and main shop. Improvements should be considered in being quick to help customers, for example, the way how Mr Dominic does.

Registered as UPS access point but do not take parcels. I do not recommend this shop!
