Primark

I emailed yesterday because my order was not ready to collect, despite the confirmation stating it would be available on Saturday 15th November. I went into the Bromley store at 3pm, where I was told that although the orders had arrived, staff had not sorted them out yet, and I should come back another day. Today, I received another email saying my order is now ready to collect, but that I only have 5 days to do so. This is incorrect and unfair. Your policy clearly states that customers have 6 days, and I should not lose collection days because the store failed to prepare my order on the original collection date. I urgently needed this order, and due to work commitments I cannot get to the store during the week. The earliest I can collect is Saturday 22nd November. I am extremely frustrated by the situation. Staff in the Bromley store were standing around talking, with no one at the collection desk, and customers had to buzz and wait for assistance. My order was in the store on the original day — it simply had not been sorted. This is not my fault, yet I am being penalised. My order total is over £100, and I do not expect it to be returned because of store staff delays.

There is no privacy or protection in the fitting (changing) area while using the fitting room, privacy and dignity were not respected. The staff and manager were not cooperative when costumer reported the issue. They did not understand or respect women’s privacy and dignity. When customers ask for help, the staff ignore them and do not speak properly. There is no proper system to protect customers’ privacy in the fitting rooms. Customer felt very uncomfortable and unsafe. I would not recommend this Primark store to anyone. I hope the management will take this complaint seriously and make changes to protect customers in the future.

As one of the chain's stores, with a wide assortment of men's, women's, boys', girls', sportswear, underwear, luggage, shoes, and all kinds of clothing, it's a very good option to buy, and the quality is also there for all budgets.

I loved it, there is a lot of variety of clothes, it is very good, that is why I love to go shopping there.
