The Cambria

I found the atmosphere in this pub quite disappointing, largely due to the behaviour of the staff. Their classist, snobbish, and condescending attitude made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Despite describing themselves on their Instagram as “your friendly neighbourhood pub,” our experience was far from that. The staff came across as elitist and not particularly inclusive, and their children were allowed to roam around, even banging their fists on our table for attention while we were trying to eat. By the time we finished our meal, we couldn’t wait to leave. A public house should have a warm, welcoming vibe. Instead the two gentlemen working here are letting the establishment down with their poor attitude towards their customers. I’ll be choosing to eat & drink elsewhere.
