A good gym for a reasonable price. There is a really friendly vibe here and plenty of equipment to use. The staff are kind and helpful, including Chris who always has plenty of advice on how to improve exercises!

I’ve been training with Chris (Coach Cannon) for about six years, and honestly, he’s the best trainer I could’ve asked for. He didn’t just help me get stronger—he helped me believe in myself in the gym. I went from feeling unsure to actually walking in with confidence. Chris knows exactly how to push me, keeps every workout fun and challenging, and always pays attention to what I need. The progress I’ve made with him is unreal, and I wouldn’t be where I am without his support. If you want a trainer who truly cares and gets real results, Chris is that guy. Total game changer!!
