Excellent pub near Camberwell Green. The Hermits usually has four or five cask beers on handpump often including a stout or a porter. Very friendly and helpful staff. Can get very busy particularly on Friday and Saturday evenings. Customers are free to bring in food to eat on the premises.
Nicely busy but with space available on a Tuesday night, The Hermits Cave is a pub in Camberwell I would go to again. It was mostly good, decent range of pints available and fairly reasonable prices.
Nice little place but at times like this in the year, that beautiful fireplace should be a working one. Just a suggestion 😊
