I am very dissatisfied with the service provided by your company. Because the delivery was delayed for a few days, also you sent the order in two separate packages, I ordered a gift box for my order because it was a birthday present. You sent most of the order in a regular box and you also put one small unit of the order in a small gift box and this made me very upset. Because it is not my fault that you do not have all the items in stock and you just decided to split the order. I expected delivery in the 5-7 days you indicated, not in 9. And all the units in one order were in a gift box, not as it was delivered. And as apologies I got 10£🧐
Served by the lovely Denisse today. Display was beautiful and very well laid out. Denisse was super kind, chatty and approachable and made me feel very joyful with my purchases. Denisse is a star employee and should be recognised for her hard work. Thank you for making my day ❤️
