Absolutely rubbish service they do not disclose all the plane information and do not know much about the trade in option when can somebody avil their services One white guy helped me alot but He told me now you have to come on wednesday And We come on wednesday one lady doesn’t how to fix it so she told me he is not available now you have to come on thursday She doesn’t know how to deal very poor service

On 16.11.2025, Sunday I've had an amazing service from Han in Brixton "3". He is very knowledgeable about the technology, attentive, patient to the customers and his colleagues, which makes feelings to the customers VERY WELCOMED and heard with their needs and fulfilled. I, definitely, will come back here to renew my contract with the "3". Thank you everyone !!!!❤️🙂

Higher fee than agreeded and bad signal - home broadband I’ve ordered one type of router with £17 per month plan and when I picked up at the store they said it was not available and convinced me buy a different one for £18. It was fine for me but I’ve been charged £22 per month. I don’t understand why… the signal is not good. Even though I’m leaving the router in the best place recommended for them, when I go to another rooms the signal just disappears. My house is very small and there is no many walls to affect it. I don’t recommend it.
