Very poor for the money. Changing rooms are constantly dirty. I asked a girl called Mia for personal training prices she was rude and unhelpful- seems the staff don’t want to actually help. Terrible attitude!

oh wow I mean not a good look I have recently moved to Petts wood and was hoping to join a gym, the closest one seems to be virgin active, but then see the reviews and will not be attending after people’s comments about the opposite of cleanliness at this gym as for that reason I will not be joining
