Front desk refused to help me with my form told him I couldn't find it he said he couldn't do it because he was busy.i a m,77 andfindthis difficult.

I was assigned here by my local GP since they are short on appointments. The doctor here was very kind and professional. It was a late-ish appointment like at 6:45 pm. I appreciate the service I have received. Also the receptionist lady is nice and welcoming, too.

My partner attended a scheduled blood test appointment; however, the experience was disappointing due to the dismissive staff. The staff did not provide any guidance or important information regarding how or when he would receive his results, Despite asking for clarification, he was not given any clear answers. This lack of communication left him feeling uncertain and unsupported during what should have been a straightforward procedure. Based on this experience, it is clear that the staff would benefit from additional training in customer service and people skills. Better communication, respect, and support for patients are essential, especially in a healthcare setting. Improving these areas would ensure that patients feel valued, informed, and properly cared for during their appointments.
