I buy from here often and usually quite nice staff. Today they had their ticketing incorrect on the shop floor. I realised this after looking at the receipt. The sales woman did not apologise or offer the ticketed discount (as displayed across the entire row), pointed it out to her twice and she basically just shrugged. Not only rude and dismissive customer service but also treating someone as if they are dumb. It’s actually their retail error. I felt like an undervalued customer and it seemed like she did not want to bother on the effort to correct this. Poor customer experience!

I am so incredibly disappointed in the way I was treated at this store. Before I even stepped foot into the store the (I’m assuming) manager said ‘just so you know it’s size 14 upwards only here.’ This was fine, I didn’t mind. But that set the service for the rest of my shop there. When I was browsing through the tops she was talking to her colleague and saying ‘I always tell them what sizes we offer otherwise they come in and waste time. They don’t even buy anything.’ I chose to ignore that and went to try on the tops. When my sister went to get me a bigger size, whilst I was in the changing room, the lady scoffed as my sister walked past her. I’ve been struggling with my weight and I felt that Yours would be a safe space, but I felt incredibly self conscious and unwelcome. I don’t believe I will be back to shop here again.

Very unhelpful and unprofessional staff. Whatever questions were asked it was deemed a nuisance. The staff need to get trained in customer service. 2 staff present during encounter one was younger and one was an older lady who was extremely unprofessional.
