In partnership with Lewisham Council, Bellingham Leisure & Lifestyle Centre is a multi-use facility that includes a first-floor gym, offering a range of cardio, resistance and strength equipment, as well as a spacious fitness studio with a variety of fitness classes for all ages and abilities; from Group Cycle to Zumba to Yoga and much more. The three-tier Adventure Playzone structure for under 9s provides lots of fun for our younger customers, with dedicated areas for under 4s and under 2s. Outside, our pitches are available for hire including a 7-a-side 3G floodlit football pitch and three 11-a-side grass football pitches. The centre is also home to Ladywell Gymnastics Club.

This is the smallest gym within the Lewisham Borough group. But it has all the key equipment to have a good workout. There was one specific member of staff I wanted to highlight. I’ve observed Daniella helping gym members with their fitness goals. She is often helping clients with their workouts. motivating and coaching gym members on how to follow their gym programs safely and effectively.Daniella is extremely patient and shows sensitivity and understanding. She is always ready with a smile and is well liked by the members/clients.
