Mai is a great help she checks in on you, gives you food ideas and advises you what works to what doesn't work, doesn't try and sell you products you don't need. Always available for questions and goes the extra mile to help
Mai Fitness is an amazing personal trainer/nutrition coach and just a all round bubbly motivational person to be around. She makes me feel inspired and self-motivated to achieve my goals!
All 3 boxes are ticked because of the level of coaching. Great knowledge good encouragement and a professional approach to all aspects of providing clients with the best tools and confidence going forward to be the best version of themselves.
Mai is a really good PT I have sort advice from her for a while few years. From her early morning exercise classes, to her taking her classes to virtual from the start of the pandemic in March 2020 to present. Mai is a good trainer where you will be able to see results whatever your fitness goal maybe.
