It's lovely having my personal training lessons here with Neash. Couldn't be happier with her. She really pays attention to what I need and builds every session around improving my mobility, just like I requested, instead of pushing generic workouts. It’s such a relief to work with someone who actually listens. I’m already noticing a difference in how I move and feel in such a short timeframe. Plus, the personal training sessions here are private so the equipment is always available to you and you can relax/focus without feeling like all eyes are on ya.

The classes and energy here are excellent. Even in larger classes you get a lot of individual attention from Jermaine and he remembers everyone's name. Denisha is so positive, pushes you just the right amount and has really well structured classes.

Winners Fitness has an infectious energy that makes the whole place come alive,turning every session into a motivating and memorable experience.

Absolutely love this gym. The trainers and the classes are always high energy, I left this morning feeling fantastic.
