I LOVE SAM!! Started doing PT sessions with her, as I wanted to get back into lifting and getting back in shape after a long period of inactivity, and she did so well in understanding my needs and tailoring a program that was fun (lol, I'm serious) and challenging. She's so good, she even got me out of bed before 7am! And you don't even pay extra for the sass. If I didn't move to a different country, I would still be training with her. (hot tip, you get brownie points if you bake her banana bread).... Much love, mad respect to you Sam!

I decided to have PT sessions after developing a back injury over lock down. I was nervous to start them as I’ve had PTs in the past that haven’t listened to my needs, but Sam is different. She was recommended to me through a friend and over the past year has built up my body strength at a pace that felt right to what I needed. Sam listens, champions you, and is a true expert in her field. I’m now at a place where I have no back pain due to having a strong body that I really thought wasn’t possible. Thank you, Sam! 🩷

Sam is by far the most fantastic PT I’ve ever worked with. She is really motivating, down to earth, patient, and adapts the programmes so well to your needs. Most of all though, she’s a joy to be around and makes exercise a part of my week I really look forward too.

I started training with Sam after regularly going to strength classes she taught at Fly London. Her classes were so enjoyable and her aura and teaching technique was so great that I had to have it all to myself too! Sadly the studio shut down but I’ve continued seeing Sam one on one for almost two years. She has taken me to new strengths I never thought possible and has guided me through various stages of my physical ability to train due to various illnesses with care, compassion and determination to help me get the best out of my body at all times. I couldn’t recommend Sam enough to put it simply!
