Joining this hub is one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself. I’d always been a bit nervous about lifting weights and didn’t really think I was someone that could do it. I was wrong! Suzanne and the team have made me feel so at ease but also really help me to push myself. It’s such a lovely supportive environment to train in. My advice would be if you’re thinking about it, just give it a go. I wish I had done it sooner!
