Amazing for young kids swimming lessons in a really warm pool with great teachers. The soft play is really great too. Oh, and friendly reception staff!

Michael is an outstanding Tai Chi teacher whose patient and thoughtful manner makes the session accessible and rewarding. He has a gift for breaking down each movement into clear, manageable stages, ensuring that everyone whether beginner or experienced can follow with confidence. What makes Michael standout is his warm rapport and the way he connects the physical practice with deeper understanding. He explains how stagnated energy can contribute to ill health, aches, and pains, and shows how Tai Chi can gently restore balance and flow. His teaching blends clarity with compassion, leaving you not only more skilled in the movements but also more attuned to your own wellbeing. If you’re looking for Tai Chi in Dulwich, Michael’s classes are a rare find: practical, uplifting, and restorative.

I’ve really enjoyed taking Tai Chi with Michael, who has been covering Tai Chi classes at Dulwich Leisure Centre this month. He begins each session with calming Qigong exercises before guiding us through the meditative 24 Short Form (Yang style). He’s also introduced us to the 8 Form and other styles, all delivered with clear instruction and the confidence of someone qualified to teach at multiple levels. Michael has a calm, personable manner that makes the class welcoming for beginners while still engaging for those with more experience. It would be fantastic to see a similar offering at Peckham Leisure Centre. In these increasingly stressful times, it would be wonderful for Peckham locals to have access to the bit of zen and well-being that Michael brings to every session. Highly recommended.

Used to be fantastic prior to the take over. I can see the company aren't too serious about making profits. The desk staff won't book you for the childrens soft play, you're told to join! So you think no problem, joining years back before this company took over was no issues. You're not able to join a child for soft play as it requires a membership, which isn't available for 0-4 yrs on the site !!!! how stupid and ridiculous is that, you have an option available but a membership is required, yet when you select it it's not available for the age group selected. Such a waste of time and pointless. Let's not even mention not showing the current days availablity for soft play, showing the next day, when you know slots are available on the day.
